Yes, we ship to most countries. To see if we can ship to you, simply enter your shipping details on the checkout page. If there is no option of your country, please kindly contact us at infor@onlyhouselamps.com. In some cases, if there is a problem with shipping to your destination, we will contact you and issue a full refund if necessary.
Due to high demand, our shipping times average 1~3 weeks at the moment, which varies by which country you are shipping to. We are trying to improve these times as fast as possible.
Currently all of our products are shipped out from China using China Post (e-Packet or EMS). A tracking number will be provided with you order.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email that contains your tracking information. You will also receive status updates if your order status changes.
Shipping is free to most countries. Some exceptions include giveaway items, and items labeled as “free” or priced at $0. Please see the checkout page after you are done shopping to find out for certain.
Please be aware that you are responsible for knowing your shipping country’s import laws and applicable customs fees. In some cases, your package may be held at the post office. If this occurs, we’ll inform you as soon as possible so you can go ahead and pick it up. If the package isn’t picked up within the deadline, and thus the package is sent back to us, we cannot issue a refund. However, we will ship it out to you again as soon as it is received.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email that contains your tracking information. You will also receive status updates if your order status changes. Sometimes due to our free item giveaway, free shipping promotion, or the quantity/value of the item being low, tracking is not available.
For some shipping companies, it may take 2~12 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. Please check back again in a few days for updated tracking information. If it says your item is “In Transit” it means it’s on its way. You will also receive updates every time the status of your package changes if you received a tracking number with your order.
Please note that we use a third-party tracking system to help customers track their packages. If your status hasn’t been updated for more than a week, this most likely means that the package is currently being processed through customs and clearance and could take a bit of time.
All payments made on our website are full payments and not deposits or partial payments. Once your payment is received, your order will be shipped out within 1-3 working days.
